You know the right people.
But is there a plan?

A useful conversation. A name passed on. A promise to keep you updated. When referrals are how you earn, leaving the next step to memory or a scattered inbox makes it harder to see where your income is coming from.

A focused referral strategy starts with knowing which businesses you want to introduce to, who they can help and what a successful introduction is worth to you. Referral Income gives you a place to put that plan into practice.

Focus, not just volume

Not more names.
More purpose behind each one.

  1. 01

    Choose your focus.

Build relationships with businesses whose services you understand and whose ideal customers you can recognise. Be deliberate about where your network can genuinely help.

Know who to look for, and why.
  2. 02

    Agree your reward.

Set out your referral arrangement before the introduction. Record the services, fees and terms, so both businesses understand what a successful referral means.

A clear arrangement, not an assumption.
  3. 03

    Follow it through.

Keep each introduction, its progress and the agreed referral fees together. Use updates and review dates to give opportunities the attention they need.

    Stay connected to the outcome.

A more intentional approach

See the opportunity.
Stay on top of the income.

Put your effort in the right place.

Keep your partner relationships and deal progress in view. Use what is happening to decide which conversations and follow-ups deserve your time.

Know what you agreed.

Keep referral agreements and fee arrangements connected to your deals. Distinguish one-off fees from recurring arrangements without relying on memory.

See beyond the introduction.

View agreed fees and scheduled income from deals with payment schedules. Keep a clearer picture of what is expected, without confusing it with money already received.

The strategy is yours. The app helps you organise it. It does not supply leads, guarantee earnings or collect referral fees for you. Scheduled income depends on the arrangements and payment schedules you record.

Who is Referral Income for?

People and businesses who earn, or want to build an income, by introducing potential customers to other businesses. It supports managing your own referral relationships and arrangements, rather than selling you a list of leads.

Does it find referrals or pay me automatically?

No. You bring the relationships and make the introductions. The app helps you manage deals, record agreements and keep applicable fees in view. You arrange and collect payment with the businesses you refer to.

Can I track one-off and recurring referral fees?

Yes. Record the fee arrangement that applies to each agreement. Scheduled monthly income is based on agreed deals with payment schedules; it is not a guarantee of payment and does not include every unscheduled referral.

Do the businesses I refer to have to subscribe?

No. They can use free partner access to work with you. Your paid Business Workspace includes 3 partner business places. Extra places cost £12 each per month. A relationship you initiate uses a place whether the other business is paid or free.

Can I receive referrals as well?

Yes. Income and Growth are two directions in one Business Workspace. Make introductions through Income and manage opportunities referred to you through Growth. Your partner allowance is shared across both directions, counting each partner business once.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel before your 14-day trial ends to avoid the first payment. After the trial, the subscription has a 12-month minimum commitment, followed by monthly rolling billing. After that commitment, cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Additional partner places are separately monthly rolling.
